•Shape and deliver the technology strategy for the SAP Store and Online ERP Platform
•Establish a forward-looking omnichannel retail ERP system using SAP S/4HANA Retail
•Lead multidisciplinary SAP engineering and Supply Chain analytics teams
•Manage operations, enhancements, and strategic roll-out of the platform
•Oversee significant budgets and planning processes
•Achieve KPIs and coordinate value stream product teams
•Collaborate with product managers and lead engineers for talent management
•Partner with business stakeholders and agile coaches to realize roadmaps
•Coordinate contract scope and budgets with third-party providers
•Participate in RFP processes to represent engineering interests
•Drive technical improvements and quality initiatives
•Promote DevOps practices and engineering culture within the organization
