- •Shape and deliver the technology strategy for the SAP Store and Online ERP Platform
- •Establish a forward-looking omnichannel retail ERP system using SAP S/4HANA Retail
- •Lead multidisciplinary SAP engineering and Supply Chain analytics teams
- •Manage operations, enhancements, and strategic roll-out of the platform
- •Oversee significant budgets and planning processes
- •Achieve KPIs and coordinate value stream product teams
- •Collaborate with product managers and lead engineers for talent management
- •Partner with business stakeholders and agile coaches to realize roadmaps
- •Coordinate contract scope and budgets with third-party providers
- •Participate in RFP processes to represent engineering interests
- •Drive technical improvements and quality initiatives
- •Promote DevOps practices and engineering culture within the organization
