Anforderungen
- •Multiple years of experience in procurement category management
- •Proven negotiations and contract management skills
- •Problem solving and analytical skills
- •Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills of senior stakeholders
- •Experience of procurement lifecycle management systems such as Ariba Sourcing, Contracts and Guided Buying (or equivalent)
- •Experience of effective Supplier Relationship Management
- •Experience of running international sourcing processes
- •Ability to work independently and dealing with ambiguity, with strong problem solving skills
- •Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- •University degree
- •Knowledge and experience of R&D Procurement and/or Evidence Generation related categories
- •Confidence and knowledge of AI tools and processes

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage and support Global Medical categories
- •Develop strategies with the Chief Patient Officer and Chief Medical Officer
- •Plan, negotiate, execute, interpret, and maintain contracts
- •Conduct negotiations across applicable spend categories
- •Work across multiple countries and business units with cultural awareness
- •Establish partnerships with Business Owners and Suppliers
- •Liaise with functional groups to determine category service scope
- •Conduct competitive bid analysis (RFPs) and identify efficiency areas
- •Utilize complex business processes in GSK supplier transactions
- •Implement procurement strategies to maximize supplier leverage
- •Gain knowledge of external suppliers
- •Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- •Contribute to R&D procurement savings targets annually
