Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of experience in operational purchasing or procurement
- •Proven expertise in SAP S/4 Hana
- •Experience in supporting complex projects and cross-functional teams
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Certification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
- •Experience in an international work environment
- •Experience with ISO 13485 standards in procurement
- •Completed commercial education as an industrial clerk

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage site-level suppliers and purchase orders
- •Oversee the lifecycle of purchase orders for indirect materials and services
- •Support the RFQ and RFP processes, including supplier identification and bid analysis
- •Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- •Act as a liaison between procurement and departments like Engineering, Quality, and Finance
- •Facilitate the creation of purchase requisitions
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in supplier selection
- •Demonstrate understanding of commercial procurement activities
- •Follow up on time-critical issues for timely delivery
- •Implement cost reduction initiatives
- •Participate in developing strategic procurement plans
- •Ensure accuracy of procurement data in SAP MM and SAP BP modules
