Anforderungen

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management
  • Strong experience in account management or sales with deep knowledge of business-to-business sales processes
  • Understanding of technical aspects of medical technology products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder groups from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong sales project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel overseas for approx. 30% of working time
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, med-tech, primary packaging, secondary packaging, or drug delivery device industry
  • Understanding of technical aspects of medical technology products and services
  • German and/or Mandarin are a plus

  • Secure customer approval of supply agreements
  • Transfer customers to supply chain and operations
  • Address escalation risks with customers
  • Regularly meet with customers to review contracts
  • Identify and nurture stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with Business Development to pursue leads
