- •Bachelor’s degree, ideally higher degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field
- •At least 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical QA and compliance
- •Fluency in English and good command of German
- •Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- •Structured, independent and proactive working style
- •Team-oriented mindset, communication and presentation skills
- •Willingness to travel

- •Review external quality-relevant pharmaceutical documents
- •Participate in project meetings
- •Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
- •Audit contract manufacturers for GMP standards
- •Implement upgrade projects for GMP compliance
- •Process and verify external changes and deviations
- •Draft and negotiate quality agreements
- •Qualify external suppliers for assigned projects
- •Guide colleagues on internal GMP requirements
- •Improve the quality management system continuously
- •Develop and execute training courses
- •Process internal changes and deviations
- •Manage CAPAs, trend, and risk assessments
