Anforderungen
- •5–7 years of professional experience in quality management
- •Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- •Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs
- •In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA)
- •Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management
- •Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP)
- •Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities
- •Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- •Fluency in German and English, with advanced negotiation skills

- •Own the end-to-end quality process

- •Manage internal, external, and customer audits
- •Plan and execute CAPA measures
- •Collaborate with supply chain management for quality requirements
- •Establish a streamlined overall quality process
- •Interface with customers, certification bodies, and authorities
- •Promote a culture of quality and safety
