Anforderungen
- •University degree in a relevant field
- •Experience in similar activities, preferably in Space, Aviation, or Defence
- •Experience in the Galileo program
- •Proven experience in Product Assurance and Quality Assurance
- •Experience in Aerospace or Defense programs
- •Knowledge and experience of auditing and subcontractor auditing
- •Knowledge of ESA-ECSS-Q-series standards
- •Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Standards
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Fast decision making in service impacting problems
- •Ability to work in intercultural and geographically distributed environment
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Good interpersonal and communication skills
- •Hands-on mentality and systematic, self-organized work
- •Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian and/or German appreciated
- •Fluency in standard office automation tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Maintain and improve the Quality System
- •Plan and coordinate internal audits
- •Organize yearly Management Reviews and reporting
- •Conduct customer satisfaction evaluations
- •Support Surveillance Audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- •Perform subcontractor audits as per GSOp Audit Plan
- •Update and enhance QMS Manual and procedures
- •Provide QMS training on company processes
- •Evaluate and rate subcontractors and suppliers
- •Support the PA/QA team in Product Assurance activities
- •Plan and manage Product Assurance activities for Galileo projects
- •Oversee audits and management of subcontractors for quality and safety
- •Define and ensure delivery of Product Assurance and Safety concepts
- •Manage a Non-Conformance control program
- •Coordinate internal and external project quality audits
- •Plan and support PA routine and special audits
