Anforderungen
- •University degree with a focus on economics, business administration, banking, or comparable qualification
- •5-7 years of relevant work experience in financial services, ideally within financial risk management, middle office, product control, or related control/governance function
- •Strong product knowledge across various financial instruments and their valuation
- •Proven knowledge of the trade lifecycle, data-flow architectures, and key processes within front-to-back office environments
- •Deep understanding of the Banking Book, including knowledge of interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk
- •Experience in credit underwriting, credit processes, credit risk management, and related regulatory governance structuring
- •Strong proficiency in risk measurement techniques and a solid grasp of financial products
- •Prior experience in Middle Office functions is a significant advantage
- •Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements for Banking Book exposures
- •Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk issues clearly and effectively
- •Fluent English language skills; German language fluency is a strong advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee and assess risks in the banking book
- •Perform independent reviews of Front Office and Back Office activities
- •Challenge completeness of trade documentation and limit approval processes
- •Review trade booking, P&L attribution, and valuation methodologies
- •Conduct Market Conformity Checks (MCC)
- •Interface in new product processes and significant process changes
- •Analyze and monitor key risk metrics and report to management
- •Develop and enhance risk management framework and policies
- •Ensure compliance with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements
- •Maintain data integrity from legal books to general ledger
- •Assess effectiveness of Middle Office controls and data integrity
- •Drive improvements in risk-related data quality and reporting
- •Act as a liaison for auditors and regulatory bodies regarding risk exposure
