Anforderungen
- •Educational degree with focus on economics, business administration, banking, or comparable qualification
- •5+ years of relevant work experience in credit risk management in a bank or financial institution
- •At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting
- •Experience of financial products regarding credit loans, process setup, loan documentation, credit risk management, and/or credit structuring
- •Experience in regulatory requirements for respective focus area
- •Experience in advanced Excel, Python, Tableau, and/or HTML
- •Fluent English language skills; German language skills is a plus
- •Hands-on and driving the change mindset
- •Reliability and solution-oriented independent working method
- •Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
- •Stakeholder management for multiple tasks and good communication skills
- •Passion for Credit and improving old-fashioned processes with new approaches and technology

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assess and approve credit transactions
- •Optimize and maintain the credit approval process
- •Set up and manage manual credit file management
- •Regularly review and update credit files
- •Assist in setting criteria for the Decision Engine
- •Ensure consistency of underwriting principles
- •Prepare qualitative portfolio reviews with action proposals
- •Conduct ad-hoc assessments to manage credit risk exposure
- •Monitor actions related to dunning, workouts, and collections
- •Close audit findings in the relevant focus area
- •Train CRM and Solaris staff on underwriting principles
- •Develop new loan products as part of project tasks
