Anforderungen
- •Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning operational enterprise risk
- •Proven track record with internal control systems and enterprise risk management frameworks
- •Excellent understanding of relevant European regulations, especially German, Luxembourg, and/or Danish requirements
- •More than 5 years of experience in enterprise risk, risk control, risk management, audit, or consulting
- •Ability to interpret regulations and present conclusions to stakeholders
- •Proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, German, and/or Danish

- •Act as a subject matter expert on operational enterprise risk topics
- •Support and advise teams and individuals on risk management
- •Foster knowledge sharing and advanced problem-solving
- •Implement and integrate the operational risk framework across all entities
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (EBA, CSSF, MaRisk, DFSA)
- •Identify and address gaps in the risk framework
- •Design and propose innovative solutions for complex risk scenarios
- •Assess and improve the risk management framework continuously
- •Develop, update, and maintain risk policies and guidelines
- •Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and evaluate control systems
- •Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings
- •Prepare for and support internal and external audits
- •Design and monitor risk awareness training programs
- •Promote a proactive risk culture throughout the organization
- •Support junior team members in enhancing their knowledge
- •Collaborate with Group Risk Control functions on various initiatives
