Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of functional operational or technical experience in maintenance
- •Minimum 5 years of experience as frontline leader or in technical operations
- •Preferably multicultural work experience
- •Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology and mindset
- •Knowledge and application of beverage industry operational standards
- •Experience with automation, equipment, and cost optimization
- •Ability to lead workshops and regional training programs
- •Willingness to travel between breweries and adapt to different environments
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Food engineering or related field

Deine Aufgaben
- •Deploy and support maintenance strategy across supply chain assets
- •Develop inputs for Global Standards using best practices and learnings
- •Coordinate best practice lift and shift processes for defined technology
- •Create implementation guides, tools, and programs for compliance with COM standards
- •Build capability in breweries by deploying standards and participating in compliance audits
- •Review regional self-assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities
- •Organize and approve regional maintenance budgets per Carlsberg Group standards
- •Ensure monthly cost control of regional maintenance budgets with variance analysis
- •Drive transparency and discipline in maintenance spending across markets
- •Reduce spare parts stock value while ensuring equipment reliability
- •Lead initiatives to reduce external service costs within maintenance
- •Identify and deliver a regional maintenance cost-saving pipeline
- •Lead regional OEE improvement initiatives from a maintenance perspective
- •Organize calibration workshops to share efficiency improvement strategies
- •Implement the Incident Management (RCA) Tool for technical stop registration
- •Ensure effective implementation of Maintenance COM across the region
- •Manage equipment reliability and Asset Care in breweries and beverage plants
- •Drive Excellence Foundation in Maintenance across the region
- •Deploy Machine & Equipment Safety Standards in all sites
- •Maintain a regional Best Practice Pipeline
- •Facilitate the regional Maintenance Community and share best practices
- •Contribute to OEE improvement by reducing breakdowns and operational stops
- •Collaborate with OEMs to support market maintenance agendas
- •Provide hands-on support to brewery maintenance teams
- •Support engineering standardization and introduction of new technologies
- •Define, optimize, and standardize maintenance processes
- •Track, analyze, and drive maintenance KPIs and deploy relevant KAIs
