Anforderungen
- •Experience in Procurement or Logistics/Supply Chain, FMCG goods, preferable beverages
- •End-to-End Supply Chain / Commercial experience
- •International working experience preferred
- •Experience in managing commercial and technical requirements
- •Experience in internal customer and external supplier relationships
- •Experienced project management
- •Experience in development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- •Understanding of complex organizational interdependencies
- •Experience with sourcing systems and e-tool solutions, e.g. Keelvar
- •Capable of analysing market, suppliers and alternatives
- •Strong analytical and communication skills
- •Strong Category Management/Supplier Management experience
- •Strong experience in tender processes: RFI, RFP and e-auctions
- •Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent IT skills
- •Good negotiation skills and willingness to challenge the status quo
- •Proven ability to multi-task effectively
- •Background in Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Capex or MRO
- •Good general knowledge of FMCG beverage supply chains
- •Master’s degree preferred or time served experience
- •Fluent English (spoken and written)
- •Other languages considered as an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage and control expenditure through policies and suppliers
- •Engage in ongoing stakeholder management
- •Prepare and support RFx processes
- •Understand local business requirements and supply markets
- •Coordinate cross-border implementation and provide input to category strategy
- •Conduct category analytics and manage databases
- •Support the budget process with a deep understanding of cost structures
- •Coordinate and run Supplier Performance reviews
- •Set and deliver a clear value improvement agenda with suppliers and stakeholders
- •Participate in defining and developing strategic targets and category strategy
- •Identify and implement growth and cost optimization opportunities
- •Ensure delivery of agreed KPIs such as cost reduction and cash flow improvement
- •Decide on project prioritization and rollout at the regional level
- •Ensure contract compliance and adherence to Procurement Policies
- •Take responsibility for specific projects within the relevant category
- •Facilitate sharing of information and best practices with local teams
- •Lead communication with internal stakeholders
