Anforderungen
- •University degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- •Several years of experience in IT leadership roles ideally supporting R&D, laboratories, or scientific environments
- •Proven experience as an IT business partner engaging senior R&D stakeholders
- •Strong understanding of R&D processes and systems integration into a regulated environment
- •Experience in introducing digital and automation use cases in regulated environments
- •Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary IT business partner for R&D
- •Align IT initiatives with R&D strategy and priorities
- •Build and lead the R&D Applications team
- •Select talent and manage team performance
- •Define the application and digital innovation strategy for R&D
- •Cover laboratory systems and scientific platforms
- •Implement data solutions and advanced analytics
- •Drive end-to-end IT initiatives in collaboration with R&D
- •Manage the lifecycle of application solutions and cloud platforms
- •Support digital and data-driven R&D use cases
- •Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements
- •Partner with teams to evaluate emerging technologies
- •Establish governance and prioritization frameworks
- •Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
