- •Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably pharmaceutical
- •Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- •Ability to communicate complex technical challenges simply
- •Ability to simplify regulatory and compliance requirements
- •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- •Self-motivated and able to work independently
- •Understanding of control frameworks: ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, IEC-62443
- •Ability to track compliance gaps and implement remediation plans
