•Manage the patient journey from registration to infusion
•Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, and Commercial teams
•Communicate critical updates to site stakeholders
•Coordinate logistics and training for site readiness
•Resolve supply issues and coordination gaps proactively
•Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on product-related issues
•Create and refine SOPs and training materials
•Master AstraZeneca Cell Therapy Hub systems and processes
•Drive innovation to enhance patient experience and streamline operations
•Follow all regulatory standards and internal procedures
•Coordinate the rollout of new processes and improvements
•Champion patient care and embody the mission of the Cell Therapy Hub
