- •Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders.
- •Manage patient V2V workflows from registration to infusion.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet patient needs.
- •Communicate patient-related information to stakeholders empathetically.
- •Coordinate site logistics and training with Operations Managers.
- •Address issues related to cellular materials and supplies.
- •Work with QA and Supply Chain on product issues.
- •Develop SOPs and materials for the Cell Therapy Hub.
- •Complete training and demonstrate knowledge of the Hub.
- •Drive continuous improvements for patient care experience.
- •Stay updated on Hub goals and regulatory standards.
- •Coordinate process changes rollout at assigned sites.
- •Exhibit passion for patient care and uphold Hub values.
- •Perform miscellaneous tasks and comply with SOPs.
- •Travel more than 50% of the time.
