Anforderungen
- •Strong foundation in cell therapy operations and leadership
- •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, MD, or equivalent
- •8+ years in cell therapy with progressive leadership roles
- •Deep knowledge of cell therapy standards, regulations, and workflows
- •Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- •Experience managing external providers and contracts
- •Advanced scientific degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CPHQ)
- •Broad understanding of patient operations, manufacturing interfaces, quality, regulatory, and market access
- •Experience across academic and sponsor settings, including multi-country operations
- •Exposure to early-phase delivery and multiple therapeutic areas
- •Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

- •Drive initiatives in clinical and commercial cell therapy
- •Act as a Subject Matter Expert influencing strategy and governance
- •Partner with internal teams across various functions
- •Build and maintain relationships with treatment centers and external partners
- •Establish patient-centered service lines and operational standards
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- •Maintain audit readiness for operations
- •Oversee raw material collection and product distribution
- •Lead site activation using risk-based tools
- •Respond to SOP deviations and manage quality records
- •Design and deliver training for healthcare professionals
- •Lead meetings to develop workflows for trials and products
- •Act as primary liaison for operational readiness
- •Align logistics with the Supply Chain
- •Manage regional account changes and site logistics
- •Provide exemplary customer service and foster business relationships
