• •Develop and drive the AR strategy for EMEA
• •Represent the AR function in senior-level meetings
• •Present AR data and insights to senior management
• •Identify and lead opportunities for process improvement
• •Collaborate with the global cash application team
• •Resolve unapplied cash exceptions and disputes
• •Conduct credit checks and financial analysis for customers
• •Coordinate credit evaluations with finance and sales teams
• •Establish credit limits and terms per company policies
• •Manage the Letter of Credit with banks and parties involved
• •Review allowance for doubtful accounts and bad debt write-offs
• •Monitor aging accounts receivable to enhance cash flow
• •Build relationships with stakeholders and customers
• •Handle customer inquiries and disputes efficiently
• •Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues
• •Ensure timely and accurate billing processes
• •Lead the cash collection process for receivables
• •Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO
• •Develop and maintain effective collection policies
• •Mentor and develop a high-performing AR team
• •Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
• •Train team members on best practices and policies
• •Report key business metrics and trend analyses
• •Prepare and present regular AR reports to management
• •Ensure quality and efficiency in processes and procedures
• •Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• •Work with Global Shared Services and IT for automation
• •Execute month-end accounting close and related analyses
• •Ensure compliance with SOX internal control documentation
• •Support AR and Global Finance SSC initiatives
