Anforderungen
- •University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- •5+ years of professional experience in indirect tax / VAT, gained in multinational group, Big 4, or tax advisory environment
- •Strong technical knowledge of European VAT legislation and practical application to cross-border business models
- •Experience working with ERP systems in an in-house environment
- •Ability to manage both in-house VAT processes and relationships with external service providers
- •Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- •Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- •Self-starter who thrives in an independent role
- •Clear communicator with finance and non-tax stakeholders
- •Comfortable working in a complex, international setting

- •Prepare and review European VAT returns
- •Coordinate EC Sales Lists and Intrastat filings
- •Ensure timely VAT reporting in compliance with EU regulations

- •Support VAT treatment of intercompany transactions
- •Monitor VAT legislation developments and assess impacts
- •Assist with VAT audits and tax authority queries
- •Contribute to improving VAT processes and internal documentation
