Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management
  • Proven track record in managing large or complex customer accounts
  • Ability to navigate legacy and new product environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and strategic mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days per month)

Tasks

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned accounts
  • Drive account performance to achieve ≥95% GRR and ≥115% NRR annually
  • Lead renewal cycles and negotiate commercial and contractual terms
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels
  • Serve as the internal advocate for clients, ensuring team alignment
  • Monitor adoption and satisfaction across the portfolio
  • Proactively manage risks related to client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests
  • Provide regular account updates and contribute to planning and forecasting
  • Stay updated on compensation trends and product developments
