- •Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting or proof of comparable experience
- •Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- •Several years of experience in project work
- •Strong consulting expertise
- •In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics and HR processes
- •High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- •High flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- •Business fluent German and English skills

- •Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting customer projects from conception to go-live
- •Develop practical solutions for recruiting processes based on best practices
- •Manage and control your own stream in close cooperation with project management
- •Contribute HR expertise to the conception of complex technical requirements
- •Implement technical solutions in a team with structured documentation
- •Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
