- •More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Certification in SuccessFactors Learning or proof of comparable experience
- •Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- •In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics, especially HR processes
- •High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- •High flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- •Business fluent German and English skills

- •Develop practical solutions for personnel development and learning processes

- •Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- •Mentor young professionals
