Anforderungen
- •More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- •Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience
- •Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- •Several years of experience in project work
- •In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and HR processes
- •High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- •High flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Interest in open and constructive cooperation

- •Develop practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes
- •Manage and control your own stream in collaboration with project management

- •Implement technical solutions with structured documentation
- •Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- •Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- •Conduct requirements analyses and cost estimates

- •Support colleagues in resolving complex issues and transfer knowledge
- •Mentor young professionals
- •Provide continuous training in hard and soft skills
