Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German
- •5+ years of experience in Information Security, IT Security, or System Administration
- •Strong technical competence across multiple operating systems
- •Experience with identity and access management tools
- •Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals
- •Familiarity with ISO 27001 or ISMS operations
- •Basic security certifications are highly desirable
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly
- •Strong documentation skills with attention to accuracy
- •Experience supporting security RFPs or due-diligence calls
- •Exposure to 3rd-party risk management or SaaS security tooling
- •Proactive, structured, and collaborative approach
- •Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Respond to security questionnaires and RFPs with Sales and Pre-Sales
- •Participate in customer calls to explain Hawk’s security posture
- •Represent Hawk’s security capabilities to regulated financial institutions
- •Support the operation and improvement of Hawk’s ISMS
- •Assist in internal audits and risk assessments
- •Maintain certification readiness through documentation and corrective actions
- •Provide support for core IT and security tools, including JumpCloud
- •Monitor and update endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux
- •Evaluate and manage security-related third-party SaaS tools
- •Monitor the security posture of corporate tools and infrastructure
- •Support vendor assessments for security-related tools
- •Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and InfoSec to enhance security baselines
- •Translate technical security concepts for diverse audiences
- •Contribute to internal security awareness and documentation
