Anforderungen
- •Relevant completed degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or comparable field
- •Extensive knowledge and experience in listed tasks
- •Deep understanding of major security management frameworks
- •Deep understanding of security technologies, controls, and best practices
- •Ability to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- •Proven extensive experience leading Governance projects and security initiatives
- •Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements across industries
- •Exceptional ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Ability to advise customers and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- •Cultural sensitivity for working with international teams
- •German and English: negotiation level mandatory
- •Willingness to travel domestically and abroad

- •Conduct regular information security risk assessments
- •Develop security strategies with internal teams and stakeholders
- •Propose corrective measures for consulting projects
- •Implement security policies and procedures organization-wide
- •Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices
- •Raise awareness of security policies among employees
- •Train employees on cybersecurity best practices
- •Define and monitor functional and technical mitigation plans
- •Perform data analytics and mathematical modeling
- •Plan and lead small consulting projects
- •Participate in medium to large consulting projects
- •Apply consulting methods and document results
- •Present results internally and externally
- •Design and deliver training for internal and external customers
- •Improve existing processes and tools
- •Involve technical experts for successful delivery and training
- •Advise customers on further support opportunities
- •Prepare bids for small to medium-sized projects
- •Support large project bids significantly
- •Conduct internal audits for compliance verification
- •Recommend improvements based on audit findings
- •Collaborate on offers and company presentations
- •Take on functional or project-related tasks
