Anforderungen
- •Academic degree in medical or scientific background (MD or PhD)
- •Demonstrated senior authority and confidence in dealing with specialist divisions
- •Over 10 years knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical service industry
- •5 years experience in Plasma industry preferable
- •Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
- •Very good English (C1), additional languages beneficial
- •Excellent organizational skills
- •Strong interpersonal communication skills
- •Readiness to travel
- •Good IT skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage project activities for NIS and IIS
- •Oversee publication processes for clinical studies
- •Conduct literature research on Octapharma’s products and competitors
- •Prepare product reviews for submissions to health authorities
- •Address internal scientific inquiries
- •Respond to external medical inquiries
- •Maintain the in-house literature database
- •Disseminate relevant medical content to internal stakeholders
- •Expand and manage the global medinfo database
- •Identify and establish contact with KOLs in collaboration with IBU
- •Support and report on relevant international congress content
- •Act as the onsite medical affairs representative at congresses
- •Revise and compile outgoing medical documents in collaboration with Regulatory and Clinical Research Departments
- •Approve marketing materials in collaboration with IBU
- •Interface with internal departments
- •Provide staff training on product indications and medical background
