Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant experience in global marketing and communication, preferably in B2C and agriculture/dairy sectors
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience with a global mindset
  • Expertise in Customer Experience Management and strategic marketing across EU and non-EU markets
  • Strong knowledge of project management, digital marketing, PR, and events
  • High affinity for new technologies and innovation in marketing and sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and high service orientation
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese, Spanish) are a plus
  • Readiness for worldwide travel

  • Engage with over 1,000 dealerships and stakeholders
  • Monitor marketing performance through central KPIs
  • Measure efficiency, impact, and ROI

  • Adapt strategies to local cultures and customer expectations
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
