- •Proven experience in a leadership position within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management
- •Experience in change processes and fast changing organizations
- •Proven background in managing global teams
- •Professional experience in enacting change within a matrix organization
- •Communication, leadership, and accountability
- •Proven 'can do' attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities
- •Ability to use own initiative
- •Willingness to travel worldwide
- •Fluency in English (German would be a benefit)

- •Collaborate with local farmers and dealers to adapt products to customer needs
- •Oversee order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase-out
- •Communicate product line management strategies to upper management
- •Highlight product values and create sales pitches, including presentations and training
- •Implement new concepts and business models for products
- •Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to steer market share development
- •Break down targets and ambition levels by product line, tracking and reporting product sales
- •Monitor market requirements to achieve growth targets
- •Manage product pricing and product margin
