- •Manage the manure product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division
- •Oversee order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase-out
- •Lead a team of product managers and specialists to drive projects
- •Communicate product line management strategies to upper management
- •Identify team strengths and support career development
- •Highlight product values and create sales pitches, including presentations and training
- •Implement new concepts and business models for products
- •Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to steer market share development
- •Break down targets and ambition levels by product line, tracking and reporting product sales
- •Monitor market requirements to achieve growth targets
- •Identify products and markets for sales initiatives and campaign design
- •Manage product pricing and product margin
