**Your contribution**
Labwerx, a division of Tecan, creates customized solutions to meet the evolving needs of life science research. Our projects range from simple modified workstations to large-scale robotic integrations, empowering scientists and innovators worldwide. As the Senior Director BD & Engineering Labwerx, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the Labwerx business strategy. In this high-impact leadership position, you will focus on business development, sales growth, and product management. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue and profitability for Labwerx on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute the global Labwerx business strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
* Own the global Labwerx Order Entry and Sales number, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
* Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities in collaboration with regional teams.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to secure long-term partnerships.
* Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs and market trends.
* Oversee the Labwerx product portfolio, ensuring solutions are differentiated and meet evolving market needs.

**Your background**

* Proven ability to identify and leverage market changes for business advantage.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams and working cross-functionally.
* Strong integrative and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities at C-level.
