Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and/or AI engineering
- •Experience in deploying and maintaining Agentic and/or RAG-based applications using Databricks or equivalent
- •Experience in building successful monitoring capabilities for AI solutions in production
- •Experience in building machine learning models and promoting ML pipelines
- •Proficiency in Python with a focus on task orchestration and machine learning libraries
- •Experience with cloud platforms
- •Azure or Databricks certification
- •Knowledge of MLflow
- •Experience working in regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare

- •Design, implement, and maintain Agentic AI applications
- •Monitor models and solutions for quality assurance
- •Implement and maintain knowledge graphs for critical information
- •Design, automate, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
- •Create and manage data and orchestration pipelines for generative AI
- •Collaborate with IT and data science teams on AI integration
- •Provide training and support to end-users as needed
- •Ensure AI solutions comply with pharmaceutical regulatory standards
- •Coach teams on onboarding and leveraging AI technologies
