Anforderungen
- •Graduate degree in commercial subject, legal, engineering, or equivalent
- •Commercial contract management experience in complex roles including joint ventures and/or large capital projects
- •Extensive knowledge of FIDIC and LOGIC contracts
- •Strong commercial contract and negotiation skills
- •Proven track record of delivering capital projects and interpreting contractual and claim management topics
- •Good understanding of construction terminology and project timelines
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to present information clearly
- •Experience interacting with cross-functional teams
- •Very good verbal & written communication and presentation skills in English
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- •Project Management: IPMA C/B certificate or equivalent

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage contracts proactively to ensure alignment with project obligations
- •Lead variation requests and notices from contractors
- •Enforce and update contractual variations and changes
- •Monitor and report on contract performance to project and package management teams
- •Draft claim-related correspondence with the Package Manager
- •Prepare and document dispute readiness materials
- •Support procurement and project managers with contract management
- •Monitor and report on package budget
- •Act as deputy to the Package Manager
