Anforderungen
- •Degree in economics, business administration, finance, or related field
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- •Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
- •Proficiency in standard accounting systems; experience with Oracle Fusion or Workday Adaptive is an advantage
- •Ability to analyze large data sets; experience with data flow automation or programming (e.g., Python) is considered a plus
- •High willingness to learn and adopt modern tools and technologies
- •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Prepare, review, and post journals for month-end close
- •Perform key account reconciliations
- •Collaborate with Tech to calculate and post software capitalization under IAS 38
- •Provide transparent reporting to Tech
- •Calculate allocations for intercompany processes
- •Oversee intercompany invoicing
- •Ensure smooth reconciliations for intercompany transactions
- •Guide and review the work of junior accountants
- •Support the development of junior accountants
- •Contribute to monthly management reporting under IFRS
- •Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements under HGB
- •Deliver insightful ad-hoc analyses
- •Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- •Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
- •Support the expansion of AI-driven finance solutions
- •Take on additional responsibilities in special projects
