- •Vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics or comparable qualification
- •Initial professional experience in transport and logistics, ideally with knowledge of international project logistics and ocean freight
- •Solid understanding of complex transport processes, freight calculations, and quotation procedures
- •Strong team orientation and proactive working style
- •Excellent organizational skills, resilience, and motivation to take on new challenges
- •Fluency in German and proficiency in English (spoken and written)

- •Manage operational logistics processes

- •Focus on intermodal transport and ocean freight
- •Manage heavy lift and oversized cargo movements
- •Coordinate FCL container shipments
- •Communicate with clients and subcontractors
- •Negotiate with shipping lines and agents
- •Support relationships with domestic and international clients
- •Contribute to business development and client acquisition
- •Collaborate with internal departments for project execution
- •Assist with invoice preparation and shipment tracking
- •Report on key performance indicators
- •Ensure compliance with QHSE standards
- •Participate in trainings and safety briefings
- •Report risks and incidents
