- •Commercial and operational experience in General Cargo, Break Bulk, Oversized and Heavy Lift shipments
- •Completed studies or apprenticeship in logistics or trade and economics
- •Experience in pricing and tender management
- •Motivation to work in an international company
- •Ability to prioritize, plan, and control tasks
- •Enthusiasm for fast-paced and changing environments
- •Team player personality and strong hands-on mentality
- •Very good command of German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Process project and general cargo inquiries
- •Handle tender requests, including ITB, RFI, and RFQ
- •Plan tenders and develop strategies with sales and project teams
- •Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
- •Support sales and project teams during bid presentations and negotiations
- •Prepare RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services based on project specifications
- •Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors
- •Assist in subcontractor management across divisions
- •Review contract terms and conditions and manage administrative tasks
- •Identify and assess risks affecting project participants
- •Propose measures to mitigate identified risks
- •Negotiate with subcontractors to optimize the buying process
- •Support other branches in planning and implementing tenders and inquiries
