Anforderungen

  • 4+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong technical foundation in Marketing automation systems, API integrations, data modeling, and platform connectivity
  • Knowledge of API (REST, GraphSQL), authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT), web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Account Executives
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams to translate market needs into product requirements
  • Proven ability to create technical content and elevate team capabilities
  • Exceptional communicator translating complex technical concepts into business value
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and provide strategic recommendations
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to balance multiple responsibilities
  • Engineering degree or business school background with strong technical aptitude preferred
  • Native German speaker with full professional fluency in English

  • Partner with Account Executives to win deals
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations
  • Design solutions for complex integration requirements
  • Lead technical discovery sessions
  • Address objections throughout the sales cycle
  • Execute deal handoffs with detailed technical documentation
  • Capture and communicate market insights for product development
  • Track and quantify MRR lost due to product limitations
  • Participate in product feedback sessions with Product Management
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market trend analysis
  • Prioritize feature requests based on revenue impact
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Brevo's products
  • Elevate the sales team's technical capabilities
  • Lead product training sessions for the sales team
  • Create technical sales collateral like demo scripts and integration guides
  • Share best practices from successful customer conversations
  • Design technical solutions for API integrations and data flow architecture
  • Maintain a repository of technical objections and competitive losses
  • Analyze feature gaps with revenue impact for product investment decisions
  • Develop enablement content including solution frameworks and objection-handling techniques
  • Monitor industry trends and integration ecosystem developments
