- •University degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Process Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- •At least 5-10 years business experience in FMCG
- •Technical and chemical expertise in Laundry & Home Care and Beauty Care
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and claims management
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- •Fluent English and German skills

- •Ensure compliance of the local HCB product portfolio with regulations
