Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- •Minimum 4+ years in packaging compliance, engineering, procurement, or related fields
- •At least 2 years of international or intercultural work experience
- •Strong understanding of regulatory and sustainability frameworks
- •Understanding of packaging technologies and Dangerous Goods compliance
- •Experience in global, matrixed organizations and cross-functional project teams
- •Detail-oriented approach to prevent errors
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

- •Establish and evolve packaging compliance policies and processes
- •Facilitate packaging compliance decisions and manage escalations
- •Monitor and assess global and local packaging legislation
- •Translate regulatory requirements into actionable specifications
- •Lead implementation and review of compliance across divisions
- •Serve as the global process owner for Dangerous Goods packaging approvals
- •Ensure legal compliance and accuracy of packaging master data
- •Support validation of new packaging technologies and materials
- •Ensure packaging compliance with safety and sustainability standards
- •Implement harmonized labeling and deploy Digital Product Passport
- •Align artwork with regulatory standards
- •Oversee compliance documentation and assess portfolio gaps
- •Lead cross-functional workstreams to secure compliance
- •Design and deliver packaging compliance training programs
- •Maintain global documentation standards for packaging specifications
- •Monitor system performance through KPIs, audits, and spot-checks
