- •Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant technology/science
- •Previous experience in personal hygiene business, nonwoven, or tissue & towel (5 years)
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Strong analytical skills with result-oriented and complex problem-solving approach
- •Digital skills, lean management, operational excellence, project management, quality management, training capability
- •Fluent in German and English, additional languages (French) appreciated
