Professorship in Business Administration, in particular Business Psychology(m/w/x)

In this role, you will teach business administration and psychology while engaging in research and collaborating with international partners. Your days will involve sharing expertise with students and contributing to the academic community.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in psychology, business psychology, economics, or comparable discipline
• •Pedagogical aptitude demonstrated by teaching experience
• •Special aptitude for scientific work demonstrated by a doctorate or equivalent achievements
• •At least five years of professional experience, three outside university sector
• •Relevant research background demonstrated by publications and third-party funding
• •Specialized knowledge in business psychology in at least two specified areas
• •Expertise in decision psychology, cognitive psychology, market psychology, or market research
• •Very good didactical skills and willingness to participate in international exchange
• •Committed participation in teaching basic subjects and related lectures
• •Integration into existing team and involvement in academic self-administration
• •German language skills at least level C1 and English language skills
