Anforderungen
- •3–5+ years of experience in localization operations or project management within the video game industry
- •Strong understanding of full-cycle localization workflows
- •Advanced experience with Plunet or comparable TMS platforms
- •Proven ability to design, document, and optimize operational processes
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, practical solutions
- •Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams without direct authority
- •Proactive, improvement-driven mindset with high degree of ownership and autonomy
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

- •Own and maintain production workflows and SOPs
- •Ensure scalable and well-documented processes across teams
- •Act as a central contact for process-related topics
- •Align internal teams on workflow changes and best practices
- •Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- •Analyze recurring issues and lead root cause analyses
- •Design and optimize workflows and automations in Plunet/TMS
- •Collaborate with IT and Engineering on tool development
- •Prepare process insights, KPIs, and improvement proposals
- •Create and maintain documentation and onboarding materials
- •Deliver training and support teams during process changes
