Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
- •3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or related processes
- •Strong knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and experience in process analysis
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
- •Proven track record in digital transformation or automation projects
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and international projects
- •Ability to act as a trusted advisor and provide innovative recommendations
- •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

- •Lead continuous improvement of accounts receivable and credit management processes
- •Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows
- •Identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancements

- •Act as a subject matter expert for accounts receivable and credit management
- •Collaborate with IT and data science teams on AI models for credit decision-making
- •Participate in international projects for new AR and credit management solutions
- •Develop and maintain process documentation and guidelines
- •Support the SAP key user community to ensure best practices
