- •4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- •Strong knowledge of AR processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
- •Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and collections tools
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- •Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process
- •Ensure timely collections and cash applications
- •Resolve disputes professionally and efficiently
- •Maintain and monitor a portfolio of customer accounts
- •Conduct regular account reconciliations
- •Address discrepancies with customers promptly
- •Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- •Record AR transactions accurately in compliance with policies
- •Analyze AR aging reports and identify overdue accounts
- •Implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- •Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams
- •Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- •Prepare AR-related schedules and reporting
- •Lead process improvement initiatives for collection efficiency
