Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial education, qualified accountant, or comparable qualification
- •2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting
- •Confident handling of MS Office programs
- •Confident handling of modern IT systems
- •Experience with accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAVISION, Business Central)
- •Ability to work in a team, self-motivation, and quick comprehension skills
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Post incoming invoices with account assignments per local GAAP and IFRS
- •Create and post intercompany invoices
- •Control the invoice approver workflow for compliance
- •Create and execute payment runs
- •Book bank transactions
- •Support month-end closing activities
- •Maintain open debtor items
- •Process customer feedback
- •Check employee travel expense reports for compliance with company and legal requirements
- •Process and archive general accounting correspondence
