Anforderungen
- •Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
- •Very good knowledge of modern equipment for high voltage electrical networks
- •Proven experience in protection relays commissioning and maintenance
- •Proven experience in fault simulations and settings calculations
- •Proven experience in post-mortem fault analysis
- •Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- •Extensive knowledge of power systems and fault analysis
- •Proven experience in operation and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems
- •Construction, testing and commissioning of electrical circuits and networks
- •Design and modelling of high-voltage electrical circuits and networks
- •Operation and maintenance of electrical circuits and networks
- •Achieving results and driving projects to conclusion
- •Demonstrating accountability for actions and decisions
- •Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to accept change
- •Working in teams and maintaining effective work relationships
- •Spoken and written English, commitment to learn French
- •Valid driving licence

Deine Aufgaben
- •Update and maintain the protection plan for the CERN transmission and distribution network
- •Lead the tendering process for the protection plan implementation
- •Prepare technical notes and engineering specifications
- •Report on project advancements
- •Program and test protection relay configurations
- •Assist in preparing installation plans and calculating protection settings
- •Lead the commissioning of protection relays on site
- •Prepare procedures and supervise commissioning operators
- •Develop a preventive and corrective maintenance plan
- •Manage spare parts for maintenance
- •Define methodology for integrating protection relays into the maintenance system
- •Manage refurbishment projects for obsolete protection relays
- •Participate in the standby team for corrective interventions
