Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related field
- •Proven track record in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or pharmacy services
- •Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- •Familiarity with regulatory requirements in clinical research and healthcare
- •Strong organizational and communication skills
- •Ability to manage complex projects across multiple geographies
- •Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- •Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Willingness to travel
- •Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Establish and expand the PHOENIX pharmacy network for clinical trial activities
- •Integrate pharmacy services into CTS workflows
- •Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
- •Design and implement patient recruitment processes through PHOENIX pharmacies
- •Oversee multi-step screening procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
- •Coordinate the rollout of pharmacy-based CTS services across multiple countries
- •Collaborate with Clinical Trial Services leadership and country teams
- •Act as the primary contact for pharmacy network initiatives within CTS
- •Lead initiatives to integrate PHOENIX’s retail pharmacy network into the CTS offering
- •Identify and implement improvements across the CTS supply chain
- •Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to inform CTS strategy
- •Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- •Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients
- •Attend Clinical Trial Supply conferences and industry events to network and represent PHOENIX
