Anforderungen
- •Current student or recent graduate in business with focus on healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Fluency in English
- •Keen interest in clinical research and pharmaceutical industry
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- •Assist with comparator sourcing requests
- •Contact the sourcing network for proposals
- •Track requests and proposals
- •Send proposals to clients
- •Negotiate terms with clients and suppliers
- •Coordinate with teams across Europe for optimal deals
- •Identify stakeholders and understand their requirements
- •Provide administrative support for the central hub
- •Facilitate onboarding of suppliers and clients
- •Comprehend project requirements
- •Enhance communication across teams
- •Organize meetings for the Clinical Trial Services team
- •Prepare reports and track key metrics
- •Manage the PHOENIX CTS LinkedIn account and website
- •Create promotional content for clinical trial updates
- •Assist in preparing for global CTS conferences
- •Identify new business opportunities in the CTS market
- •Contribute to the design of new service offerings
- •Support business development for packaging and labeling of IMPs
