•Drive business development and key account management
•Collaborate with local country teams across Europe
•Support various projects, including process optimization and distribution deal integration
•Plan projects efficiently, defining and analyzing customer requirements
•Manage stakeholders to ensure service delivery and compliance
•Translate customer needs into internal business models
•Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations and negotiations
•Maintain and update the internal CRM database, including customer pipeline and feedback
