Anforderungen
- •2+ years in People Operations, HR Administration, or similar role
- •Experience in high-performance culture with high expectations
- •Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Prior experience in startup or scale-up environment
- •Knowledge of German employment regulations and HR processes
- •Hands-on HRIS experience (HiBob preferred)
- •Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- •Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- •Service-oriented mindset with proactive attitude
- •Comfortable working independently with multiple stakeholders
- •Native/C2-level German and fluent English
- •Support relocations, visa matters, and country-specific HR admin

- •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
- •Support relocations, visa matters, and country-specific HR administration
- •Manage benefits administration
- •Update and ensure compliance of HR policies with German labor law
- •Coordinate performance management cycles and internal HR communications
- •Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- •Maintain and configure the HRIS, preferably HiBob
- •Prepare reports to support People and leadership decisions
- •Improve internal HR processes and documentation
- •Provide hands-on support to early-stage portfolio companies
- •Help founders establish or refine basic HR processes
- •Offer operational guidance during short-term engagements
