- •Administer overseas employees in collaboration with German Chambers of Commerce
- •Facilitate onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees
- •Create and present statistics and analyses
- •Advise on contractual and labor law issues
- •Assist in organizing and delivering learning and development programs
- •Serve as a contact point for the works council
